Easy Braised Vegetables

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mixed vegetables 1 Pound (450 Gram Prepared, Of Your Choice)
  Oyster sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Finely chopped ginger 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter, Fresh)
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Hot water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon, blended with 1 1/2 tablespoon / 20 milliliter water (10 Milliliter)
  Water 20 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
Directions

1 In a wok heat oil and add sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add hot water, oyster and soy sauces. Simmer 4 minutes.
2 Push vegetables to one side of wok, add combined cornstarch and water and stir until sauce thickens. Toss vegetables through sauce and serve with boiled rice.
