Easy Braised Vegetables
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Mixed vegetables||1 Pound (450 Gram Prepared, Of Your Choice)|
|Oyster sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Soy sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Finely chopped ginger||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter, Fresh)|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Hot water||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Cornstarch||2 Teaspoon, blended with 1 1/2 tablespoon / 20 milliliter water (10 Milliliter)|
|Water||20 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
1 In a wok heat oil and add sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add hot water, oyster and soy sauces. Simmer 4 minutes.
2 Push vegetables to one side of wok, add combined cornstarch and water and stir until sauce thickens. Toss vegetables through sauce and serve with boiled rice.
