the vegetable rotini is a cheesy pasta recipe prepared with added vegetables. Flavored with a little mustard and seasoned to taste, the vegetable rotini is cooked in a saucepan and has added broccoli soup for flavor.
|Canned broccoli cheese soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Campbell's)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon style mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked corkscrew macaroni||3 Cup (48 tbs) (About 2 1/2 Cup, Dry)|
|Cut up vegetables||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked (Broccoli, Flowerets, Carrots And Cauliflower Florets)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In 3 quart saucepan, gradually stir soup into cream cheese.
Add mustard, milk and pepper over low heat.
Heat through, stirring often.
Add macaroni, vegetables and Parmesan cheese; heat through, stirring often.
