Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Carrots 4 , diagonally sliced
  Zucchini 2 , diagonally sliced
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat oil in medium skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add carrots; stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add zucchini and orange juice; stir-fry 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
