Chunky Vegetable Saute
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, cut into 8 wedges|
|Dried basil leaves||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Red bell pepper||1 Medium, cut into 1 1/2 x 1/4 inch strips|
|Zucchini||1 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch chunks|
|Fresh mushrooms||6 Small, quartered|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Heinz®)|
In large skillet, cook and stir garlic in oil 30 seconds.
Stir in onion, basil, salt and black pepper; heat 1 minute.
Add red bell pepper, zucchini and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring frequency.
Add Worcestershire sauce, stirring to coat vegetables.
