Chunky Vegetable Saute

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, cut into 8 wedges
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into 1 1/2 x 1/4 inch strips
  Zucchini 1 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  Fresh mushrooms 6 Small, quartered
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Heinz®)
Directions

In large skillet, cook and stir garlic in oil 30 seconds.
Stir in onion, basil, salt and black pepper; heat 1 minute.
Add red bell pepper, zucchini and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring frequency.
Add Worcestershire sauce, stirring to coat vegetables.
