Garden Quiche, Crustless
|Yellow onions||2 , peeled and chopped|
|Crustless quiche filling||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Basic)|
|Green onions||8 , chopped|
|Zucchini||4 Small, sliced|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Tomatoes||3 , sliced very thin|
Saute the yellow onions a bit in butter.
Add it to the crustless quiche filling along with the green onions, zucchini, and parsley.
Top with the remaining jack cheese and then with the tomato slices.
