Vegetable Melange

Vegetable Melange is an amazingly delicious and easy to prepare side dish recipe. Try it for once; you wont wish to try any other side dish for your coming parties!
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 5 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cauliflower 1 Medium, broken into small flowerets
  Zucchini 2 , cubed
  Tomatoes 3 Large, diced
  Water/Bouillon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix together butter and next 5 ingredients in 2 quart covered casserole.
Cook in Radarange oven 5 minutes, stir.
Add seasonings and zucchini.
Cook 5 minutes more, stir in tomatoes, cook 2 minutes more.
Let stand covered a few minutes before serving.
