Ingredients
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 12 Large, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced into rings
  Zucchini 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients; stir fry over high heat about 5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp tender.
