These Mixed Vegetables And Greens are a complete meal in itself especially for breakfast. But many Indians have it with rice and Indian breads as well. Try these Mixed Vegetables And Greens and let me know if you like it !
  Horse radish 2
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
Boiled vegetables/Paneer 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Potatoes, Cauliflower, Peas And/Or French Beans)
  Green chili 1
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon

As only the leaves are needed for this dish; you can use the radish itself for a salad.
Cut the leaves very finely and soak in water for half an hour or more to remove the bitterness.
Wash the spinach.
Heat ghee, put in the spinach, radish greens and chilli, and stir briskly on a low fire.
When it gets dry, add one and a half cups of water, salt and turmeric powder.
Cover, and simmer on a slow fire.
When the water dries up and the greens are quite tender remove from the fire.
If you are using larger vegetables like cauliflower, potatoes etc. cut them into very small pieces.
Lightly brown the boiled vegetables or paneer in ghee and add salt and turmeric powder.
Mix well with the greens and serve.
