Glazed Ham With Sweet Potatoes
|Ham steak slice||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Canned sliced peaches||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned sweet potatoes||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Maple syrup||2 Tablespoon (Divided)|
|Apricot jam/Preserves||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Position oven rack about 4 inches from heat source.
Place ham in shallow pan.
Surround with peaches and sweet potatoes; drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Broil 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, heat combined jam and mustard in microwave or in saucepan on rangetop until jam is melted; stir until well blended.
Turn ham, peaches and sweet potatoes over; brush ham with jam mixture.
Drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with remaining 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Continue broiling 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated
