Chinese Drumsticks

Chinese Drumsticks is simply a delicious recipe. Try this Chinese Drumsticks; I bet, you will get a huge fan following for this one.
Ingredients
  Wing 30
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Chinese five spice powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 4 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

With a very sharp paring knife, cut around the bone at the small end of each of the upper wing portions.
Cut through the skin and muscle, and then pull the meat and skin down the bone toward the larger end.
This will give you a ball of meat on the end of a stick, a clever little drumstick.
Mix all the other ingredients together, and marinate the wings for 15 minutes.
Deep-fry in 375° peanut oil until the wings are golden brown and tender.
