Cheddar Sesame Garden Vegetables
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Skimmed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Undiluted Carnation Lite Evaporated)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Country dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded low fat cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Steamed vegetables||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Toasted sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
Place flour in small saucepan; whisk in small amount of evaporated skimmed milk.
Stir in remaining evaporated skimmed milk with water and mustard.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
