These Cheddar Sesame Garden Vegetables taste truly marvelous ! I tried this delicious cheese and vegetable medley with my pasta and meat dishes and it tasted truly incredible ! Just try these Cheddar Sesame Garden Vegetables yourself and let me know if you like them.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Skimmed milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Undiluted Carnation Lite Evaporated)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Country dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded low fat cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Steamed vegetables 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Fresh)
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place flour in small saucepan; whisk in small amount of evaporated skimmed milk.
Stir in remaining evaporated skimmed milk with water and mustard.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
