All purpose flour
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Undiluted Carnation Lite Evaporated)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Country dijon mustard
Shredded low fat cheddar cheese
2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
4 Cup (64 tbs) (Fresh)
Toasted sesame seeds
Place flour in small saucepan; whisk in small amount of evaporated skimmed milk.
Stir in remaining evaporated skimmed milk with water and mustard.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
