Savory Apple-Vegetable Casserole
|Chopped broccoli||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cauliflower florets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium, finely chopped|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||4 Teaspoon|
|Apples||2 Medium, peeled, cored, and diced|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
Cook broccoli and cauliflower in separate covered pans, each holding 1/2 cup boiling water, until very soft.
Drain (save liquid left in pot for other uses).
Place cooked broccoli and cauliflower in mixing bowl with remaining ingredients and mix well with an electric or hand mixer.
Turn into a 9x9x2-inch baking dish and bake at 350Â° F. for 30 minutes.
Serve with turkey or chicken lunch or dinner.
