|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Carrot||1 Large, cut into thin 3 inch long sticks|
|Red bell pepper strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Thin)|
|Whole green beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onions||3 , white parts removed and discarded|
To Microwave: In small microwave-safe dish, combine lemon juice, sugar, water, margarine and garlic powder.
Microwave at HIGH (100% power) for 30 seconds; stir.
In another small microwave-safe casserole dish, place carrot sticks, pepper strips and beans.
Add lemon juice mixture.
Microwave at HIGH 6 to 10 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Cut green onions crosswise in half.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 10 seconds until just slightly limp.
Remove vegetables from lemon juice mixture; divide evenly into 4 to 6 bundles.
Gently tie green onion half around each bundle to secure.
