Macaroni And Brinjal

Ingredients
  Brinjals 2 Medium
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato   Cup (0 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Ghee 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

Cut the brinjals into thin two inch long pieces and soak them in salted water for fifteen minutes.
Drain and deep fry them, making sure they do not turn too brown.
Put four pieces of brinjals in a greased dish and place the macaroni and tomato over them.
Put the remaining brinjal pieces on top.
Dot with butter and sprinkle bread crumbs.
Put in an oven to bake till the crumbs become light brown.
