Spinach Cheese Pastries

Ingredients
  Soft cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Salted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Soft)
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Feta cheese 1⁄4 Pound, crumbled
  Pot cheese 4 Ounce
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

To make the pastry dough: With a fork combine cream cheese and softened butter.
Cut in the flour.
Work with hands until dough holds together.
Place on waxed paper, form into ball, and chill overnight.
Roll out dough 1/3 inch thick with floured rolling pin on a generously floured surface.
Cut in rounds with 1 1/2 to 2 inch cutter.
