Spinach Cheese Pastries
|Soft cream cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Salted butter||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Soft)|
|Sifted flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)|
|Feta cheese||1⁄4 Pound, crumbled|
|Pot cheese||4 Ounce|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
To make the pastry dough: With a fork combine cream cheese and softened butter.
Cut in the flour.
Work with hands until dough holds together.
Place on waxed paper, form into ball, and chill overnight.
Roll out dough 1/3 inch thick with floured rolling pin on a generously floured surface.
Cut in rounds with 1 1/2 to 2 inch cutter.
