Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 , peeled
  Carrots 5 , cut up
  Onions 3 , chopped (To Taste)
  No salt seasoning To Taste
Directions

1. Boil all ingredients together until tender.
2. Drain and reserve the water. Mash together, adding reserved water to achieve the proper consistency.
