Springtime Calico Mold

Ingredients
  Low calorie lime flavored gelatin 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Shredded cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thinly sliced radishes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cubed cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup cold water, and lemon juice.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in cucumber, radishes, and cheese.
Pour into 3 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till firm.
