  Vacuum packed sweet potatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caramel ice cream topping 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Mash sweet potatoes and salt.
Mound in ungreased 1 quart casserole; drizzle with caramel topping.
