1. Prepare 4 squares of foil by coating inner side with vegetable spray.
2. Cut carrots, onions, and potatoes into large chunks. Place 1 ear of corn on each square of foil with equal amounts of carrots, onions, and potatoes.
3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water or powdered Butter BudsÂ® over the vegetables. Season.
4. Wrap snugly and seal tightly. Place over hot coals for 45 to 60 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
