Fish-Stuffed Potato Boats
|Potatoes||12 Ounce (Four 3 Ounce Each)|
|Cooked fish||16 Ounce|
|Hot skim milk||4 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||1 Teaspoon|
Bake scrubbed, mature potatoes at 425Â° F. for 40-50 minutes.
When they are soft, cut in half lengthwise, remove insides, leaving skin intact.
Mash potato pulp with fish, hot milk and onion salt.
Divide mixture equally into 8 potato halves, piling high in center.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Set aside till ready to use, then bake on shallow pan at 400Â° F. until hot and brown on top.
Allow 2 "boats" per serving.
