These Fish Stuffed Potato Boats are some fancy dishes that I prepare for a weekend get together ! Children not only love to eat these fancy boats for a snack but also as appetizers and accompaniments .Try out these easy to make Fish Stuffed Potato Boats and tell me what you feel about them
  Potatoes 12 Ounce (Four 3 Ounce Each)
  Cooked fish 16 Ounce
  Hot skim milk 4 Tablespoon
  Onion salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon

Bake scrubbed, mature potatoes at 425° F. for 40-50 minutes.
When they are soft, cut in half lengthwise, remove insides, leaving skin intact.
Mash potato pulp with fish, hot milk and onion salt.
Divide mixture equally into 8 potato halves, piling high in center.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Set aside till ready to use, then bake on shallow pan at 400° F. until hot and brown on top.
Allow 2 "boats" per serving.
