Vegetable Balsamic Salad Vinaigrette

Nice fresh flavor that is great with mushrooms, lettuce, asparagus and more.
Ingredients
  Vegetable juice 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Take all ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together.

Add salt and pepper. Mix.

Taste the dressing with a piece of mushroom slice.

Add rest of the mushroom to the dressing. Toss them together, ensure all mushrooms are coated well with the dressing.

Refrigerate the salad for a while and the salad is ready to serve.
