Try this alluring Gourmet Cucumbers. An easily prepared recipe, this Gourmet Cucumbers is a dish which you will always love to prepare as a side dish.
Ingredients
  English cucumber 1 Large, sliced very thin (Firm)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced thin
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Mix well and pour over drained cucumber and onions - blend well.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
