Ingredients
  Zucchini 12 Cup (192 tbs), coarsely ground
  Green peppers 2 , coarsely ground
  Sweet peppers 2 , chopped
  Onions 4 Cup (64 tbs), coarsely ground
  Pickling salt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
Directions

In large enamel pan, mix pickling salt into vegetables.
Let stand overnight.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Mix together rest of ingredients; add to vegetables in large enamel pan; boil 20 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
