Mixed Vegetable Shorba

Mixed Vegetable Shorba has a Delicious taste.The Onion and Red Chillies gives the Mixed Vegetable Shorba Miraculous taste.
Ingredients
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Chopped garlic 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry red chili 1 , broken into pieces and seeds removed
  Chopped mixed vegetables 500 Gram
  Chopped tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped mint leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat oil and fry onion until golden.
Add garlic and chilli.
Stir for 1 minute.
Add the vegetables and stir another minute.
Add 3 cup of boiling water and simmer until vegetables are tender for about 7 minutes.
Remove the chilli pieces.
Mix tomato, salt and pepper in the shorba.
Cook further for 5 minutes.
Divide hot shorba in 4 soup bowls.
Garnish with mint leaves.
