Mixed Vegetable Shorba
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Chopped garlic||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry red chili||1 , broken into pieces and seeds removed|
|Chopped mixed vegetables||500 Gram|
|Chopped tomato||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped mint leaves||1 Teaspoon|
Heat oil and fry onion until golden.
Add garlic and chilli.
Stir for 1 minute.
Add the vegetables and stir another minute.
Add 3 cup of boiling water and simmer until vegetables are tender for about 7 minutes.
Remove the chilli pieces.
Mix tomato, salt and pepper in the shorba.
Cook further for 5 minutes.
Divide hot shorba in 4 soup bowls.
Garnish with mint leaves.
