|Seasoned salt||To Taste|
|Low fat cheese||2 Tablespoon (As Required)|
|Zucchini||1 , halved (As Required)|
Scoop out shallow indentation in zucchini halves; sprinkle well with seasoned salt; top with pieces of low fat cheese.
Broil long enough to melt cheese and make it bubbly.
