Melted butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Garlic | 8 Clove (40 gm) , minced | |
Chopped fresh thyme | 2 Tablespoon | |
Chopped fresh rosemary | 2 Tablespoon | |
Kosher salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Russet potatoes | 2 |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 425F.
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine melted butter, thyme, garlic, rosemary and set aside.
Cut potatoes using chopsticks as a base as shown in the video.
Place into baking dish and pour butter mixture over it.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pop into oven and bake for 45 minutes.
