90 Second Hasselback Potato

We have baked potatoes and fried potatoes, but have you ever heard of the hasselback potato? The way you cut a potato can change the starchy spud into a delicious masterpiece. Check out these hasselback potatoes, which take no hassle to make!

Ingredients

Melted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm) , minced
Chopped fresh thyme 2 Tablespoon
Chopped fresh rosemary 2 Tablespoon
Kosher salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Russet potatoes 2

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 425F.

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine melted butter, thyme, garlic, rosemary and set aside.

Cut potatoes using chopsticks as a base as shown in the video.

Place into baking dish and pour butter mixture over it.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pop into oven and bake for 45 minutes.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
