  Green peppers 6 Medium
  Ground lamb 3⁄4 Pound
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Slice top from each green pepper.
Remove white fiber and seeds.
Brown lamb and onion in hot oil in a skillet.
Mix in rice and dry seasonings.
Fill green peppers with meat mixture.
Put pepper tops in bottom of an electric cooker.
Set filled peppers on top.
Pour in broth.
Cover and cook on Low 6 hours.
Remove peppers to a serving dish.
Mix cornstarch, tomato paste, lemon juice, and sour cream; pour into cooker and stir to blend.
Return peppers to cooker.
Cover and cook on High 30 minutes.
