Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries - Healthy Snacks

Now's a great time to bring those fall flavors you love into your kitchen. These Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries are the perfect way to start.

Ingredients

Sweet potato 1 Large , cut into 2 inch long by 1/4 inch sticks
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Ground cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 425°F.

 

MAKING:

Place sweet potatoes on baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over it.

Sprinkle cinnamon, salt and toss well.

Pop into oven and bake for 15 minutes. Toss again and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
