Party Vegetable Dish

Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli 10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Zucchini 6 Medium, sliced thin (3 To 4 Cups)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Sliced green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Tops Too)
  Eggs 5 , beaten lightly
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place broccoli in well buttered baking dish (9 x 13 x 2).
Melt butter in skillet, add garlic and zucchini, saute for about 5 minutes until zucchini is slightly soft.
Add onions during the last few minutes, adding more butter if necessary.
Place in casserole.
Mix balance of ingredients together and pour over vegetables - stir gently to mix vegetables with sauce.
Sprinkle with extra Parmesan if desired.
Bake uncovered at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until firm in center and slightly browned around the edge
