Sweet potato fries on my Regal 590 -A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.
Ingredients
| Sweet potatoes | 2 Medium , cooked for 15 | |
| Bbq seasoning | To Taste ((Ankerkraut BBQ)) | |
| Spring onions | 2 , chopped |
Directions
GETTING READY:
Preheat grill with plate.
MAKING:
Sprinkle bbq seasoning over chopped cooked sweet potatoes.
Place on hot grill plate and flip occasionally until done.
Sprinkle more seasoning to taste.
Garnish with spring onions (grilled along with sweet potatoes-optional).
SERVING:
Serve and enjoy!
