Herbed Potato Bake

Ingredients
  Melted margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry thyme 1 Tablespoon
  Onion soup mix 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
  Raw potatoes 6 , unpeeled (Use White Ones)
Directions

Combine margarine, soup mix and thyme.
Scrub potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch slices.
Toss potato slices in margarine mixture.
Arrange in shallow baking dish with overlapping slices.
Pour rest of margarine over top.
Cover and bake at 350°F 1 hour.
