Herbed Potato Bake
|Melted margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry thyme||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion soup mix||2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)|
|Raw potatoes||6 , unpeeled (Use White Ones)|
Combine margarine, soup mix and thyme.
Scrub potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch slices.
Toss potato slices in margarine mixture.
Arrange in shallow baking dish with overlapping slices.
Pour rest of margarine over top.
Cover and bake at 350°F 1 hour.
