Creamy Raw Collard Greens

On this episode Dr. Ruby shows us how to make deliciously raw collard greens with a creamy spicy almond sauce-in minutes, not hours!
Ingredients
  Collard green 250 Gram, stems removed, chopped
  Avocado 1 , diced
  Tomato 1 , diced
For sauce
  Bell pepper 1
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Raw almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon (Or to taste)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or to taste)
  Liquid aminos seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING

1. Grind together bell pepper, almonds, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper chili powder, liquid aminos and water together to make a smooth sauce.

2. Pour this sauce over collard greens and mix it well.

3. Drop in tomatoes and avocados.

4. Mix it all together.

SERVING

5. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
