Twice Baked Potatoes

Do you want to make a twice baked potato? This is a very simple recipe for twice baked potatoes. Potatoes are baked, then seasoned, and put back in the oven for some browning. Don't miss out on this delicious way to make twice baked potatoes.

Ingredients

Potato 8 Ounce , scrubed
Butter 2 1/2 Tablespoon , divided
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Freshly cracked black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Paprika To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 400F.

 

MAKING

2. Apply butter on the potatoes, place in a baking tray and bake at 400F for about an hour.

3.  Slice the potatoes in half and scoop out a portion of the inside and place in a bowl. To the bowl with scooped portions, add butter, milk, salt and pepper, mash and mix well.

4. Stuff the mixture back into the potato shells, place on the baking tray and season with paprika. Broil for about 30 seconds.

 

SERVING

5. Serve as aside sidh with your favorite meals.
