|Shoulder veal||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Curry powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bay leaf||1 , crushed|
|Sweet pepper||1 , seeded and cut into strips (Use Red Or Green Variety)|
|Bacon slices||1⁄2 Pound, cut into squares|
Cut veal into pieces about 1 inch square; put into bowl.
Add garlic, curry powder, herbs, and a little salt and pepper.
Pour oil over; mix well.
Let stand about 1 hour.
When ready to cook, assemble meat, tomatoes and pepper on 4 skewers, putting piece of bacon before and after each piece of meat.
Turn frequently while cooking.
If bacon is rather lean, brush veal occasionally with a little oil.
