Veal Kabobs

These veal kebabs are herbed kebabs made with vegetables and bacon slices. Flavored with curry powder and marinated along with a three herb medley, the veal kebabs are skewered with tomatoes and bell peppers and cooked to perection!
Ingredients
  Shoulder veal 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Rosemary 1 Pinch
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Bay leaf 1 , crushed
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Firm tomatoes 4
  Sweet pepper 1 , seeded and cut into strips (Use Red Or Green Variety)
  Bacon slices 1⁄2 Pound, cut into squares
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut veal into pieces about 1 inch square; put into bowl.
Add garlic, curry powder, herbs, and a little salt and pepper.
Pour oil over; mix well.
Let stand about 1 hour.
When ready to cook, assemble meat, tomatoes and pepper on 4 skewers, putting piece of bacon before and after each piece of meat.
Turn frequently while cooking.
If bacon is rather lean, brush veal occasionally with a little oil.
