Veal With Mushrooms

Veal with mushrooms is prepared with veal cutlets. Made with a hint of lemon, the veal with mushrooms is finished with a dash of wine and is wonderful with rice or noodles too. Simple and easy to prepare, this recipe can be served for homely family meals.
Ingredients
  Boneless veal 2 Pound, thinly sliced (Cutlet Or Fillet)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Pound
  Wine 6 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

Gently pound veal into very thin pieces.
Mix flour, salt, and pepper; lightly flour veal.
Melt oil and butter in 10 inch frying pan; saute veal until golden brown, about 3 minutes each side.
Remove; keep warm.
Add mushrooms to frypan; cook several minutes.
Add wine and lemon juice; boil rapidly to reduce sauce slightly.
Pour over veal; garnish with lemon slices.
