Veal Scaloppine With Parmesan

Ingredients
  Veal scallops 4 , slices from leg of veal
  Egg 1 Large
  Oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Powdered garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Beat scallops between waxed paper.
Mix egg with oil; beat.
Add seasoning and garlic to flour; mix with cheese.
Brush scallops with egg mixture; press into cheese and flour until completely coated.
Melt butter; fry scallops until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes each side.
Place on warm serving dish; keep hot.
Add lemon juice to butter in pan; reheat.
Pour over scallops just before serving; decorate with parsley.
