Ingredients
  Veal steak 2 Pound, cut 1/4 inch thick
  Bread stuffing 1 Cup (16 tbs) (No. 2)
  Salt To Taste
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Fat 3 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Milk/Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Also cut veal into 2x4 inch pieces
MAKING
3.On each piece of veal place a mound of stuffing, now fold veal over stuffing and fasten with toothpick
4.Season, roll in flour, brown in fat and add milk.
5.Cover and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour
SERVING
6.Serve with sauce
