Sweet and Sour Veal with Sherry

When you make sweet and sour veal, it is the sauce which plays an important role. The sweet and sour sauce gives it taste and flavor to the dish. Enjoy the dish with rice!!!
Ingredients
  Veal 300 Gram, par cooked
  Garlic &ginger paste 2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (for the paste)
  Carrot 1 Small, chopped finely (for the paste)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped finely (for the paste)
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon (for the paste)
  Icing sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (for the paste)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (for the paste)
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for the paste)
Directions

GETTNG READY
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned for the sauce.

MAKING
2. Heat a pan, add oil and cook veal with ginger and garlic.
3. Add sweet and sour sauce to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve Sweet and sour veal with rice.
