Veal Parmesan

Ingredients
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh ground pepper 1 Dash
  Veal loin chops 5 (3/4 Inch Size)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mozzarella cheese slices 5 (Thin Slices)
  Canned seasoned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can Of 8 Ounce)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Crushed oregano 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Dip chops in egg, then in crumb mixture.
Brown on both sides in hot olive oil.
Place a slice of Mozzarella cheese atop each chop.
Mix tomato sauce and garlic; pour over chops; sprinkle with oregano.
Cover; simmer 50 minutes or till meat is done (add a tablespoon or so of water, if needed).
