Skewered Veal Birds

The veal bird dish is a tender and tasty veal preparation that your guests will surely get addicted to. Try this wonderful Veal Birds recipe at home and taste for yourself this exquisitely delicious dish.
  Veal steak 1 1⁄2 Pound (0.5 Inch Thick)
  Bread stuffing 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Any Favorite)
  Sliced bacon 1⁄4 Pound
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Cut steak into serving pieces.
Place a tablespoon of stuffing on the center of each portion.
(Try some stuffed olives in that stuffing.) Roll up the veal and wrap with 1 slice of bacon.
Tie with string or use a skewer.
Roll the veal in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Heat shortening in cooker.
Brown the veal birds on all sides.
Add water.
Close cover and set pressure regulator in place.
When regulator rocks gently, cook for 10 minutes.
Let pressure drop of its own accord.
