Veal Birds With Bacon

The Veal Birds is a delicious and exquisite dish. I serve it as a treat for my family during weekend dinners. You can also use them at dinner parties. Go ahead, and surprise yourselves with this Veal Birds.
Ingredients
  Thin veal shoulder steaks 4
  Parsley leaves 5 (Dried Or Fresh)
  Sliced bacon 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut veal into 2-inch triangular pieces.
Salt and pepper each triangle; sprinkle each with parsley.
Cut bacon into 2-inch pieces; place a slice onto each triangle.
Roll each triangle up; fasten with a toothpick.
Brown thoroughly for 20 minutes in a greased hot frying pan.
Cover with water; simmer about 45 minutes.
Thicken with cornstarch; season gravy.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes.
