Heat oven to 350Â°.
Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper; coat meat with flour mixture.
Melt shortening in large skillet.
Add garlic and meat; brown meat thoroughly.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
Cover tightly; bake 1 hour.
