|Veal rib/Loin chops||4 (0.75 Inch Thick)|
|Prepared mustard||3 Tablespoon|
|Bacon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Half and half||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Capers||2 Tablespoon, drained|
Heat oven to 350Â°.
Season meat with salt and pepper; spread mustard on both sides.
Arrange meat in ungreased baking pan, 9x9x2 inches.
Sprinkle bacon on and around meat.
Bake uncovered 1 hour 15 minutes.
Place meat on warm platter; keep warm while making sauce.
Drain off all but 1 tablespoon fat, leaving bacon and mustard in pan.
Stir in cream and capers.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; simmer about 10 minutes or until sauce is consistency of thin white sauce.
Pour sauce on chops.
