Veal Mozzarella (Vitello Alla Mozzarella)

|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (125 Gram)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated romano cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||83 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Mozzarella cheese slices||6|
Beat eggs slightly.
Combine bread crumbs, parsley, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Dip veal in eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a frypan and brown veal on both sides.
Put into a baking dish.
Pour over Tomato Sauce.
Place one slice of Moz zarella cheese on top of each piece of veal.
Bake in a 275Â°F (140Â°C) oven for about 20 minutes.
