Veal Mozzarella (Vitello Alla Mozzarella)

Ingredients
  Veal steak slices 6
  Eggs 3
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (125 Gram)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Grated romano cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 83 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Tomato sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Mozzarella cheese slices 6
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Beat eggs slightly.
Combine bread crumbs, parsley, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Dip veal in eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a frypan and brown veal on both sides.
Put into a baking dish.
Pour over Tomato Sauce.
Place one slice of Moz zarella cheese on top of each piece of veal.
Bake in a 275°F (140°C) oven for about 20 minutes.
