Grilled Veal Chops
|Veal loin/Rib chops||4|
|Lemon juice/Dried rosemary||4 Teaspoon|
Heat grill on high until red hot.
Place veal chops on oiled grill rack.
Sprinkle veal with lemon juice or dried rosemary (rubbed first if it is in spikes).
Top each chop with a small piece of butter.
Place veal under hot grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Reduce heat and cook for a further 3 minutes each side or until well done.
Brush with melted butter occasionally during grilling as veal is deficient in fat.
