|Veal||3 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes|
|Onions||4 , thinly sliced|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1) Take a skillet and heat fat in it. Add veal and cook until brown.
2) Add pepper, salt, water and paprika.
3) Cover and cook over low heat for about 1 hour or until veal becomes tender, stirring constantly.
4) Serve with farfel or boiled potatoes.
