Ingredients
  Veal rump roast/Veal roast 3 Pound
  Bacon slices 10
Directions

MAKING
1) Onto the veal roast, lay the bacon slices, overlapping each other
2) Tie with string
3) Roast he veal in an oven of 325 F for 1 1/2 hours
4) Remove and keep aside onto a platter

SERVING
5) Carve into slices
