|Veal||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cracker crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1 Cut the veal right for portions.
2 Dip the veal pieces in beaten egg.
3 Roll in fine cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
4 In a skillet, heat generous amount of fat and brown the veal in it.
5 Season with salt & pepper.
6 In casserole with lid, place the veal pieces.
7 Pour milk over the veal pieces, just enough to partly cover.
8 Bake 1 1/2 hours in slow oven.
9 Serve hot.
