Curried Veal

Ingredients
  Lean veal 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Tart apple 1
  Curry powder 3 Teaspoon (Or According To Taste)
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Raw rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Powdered ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a skillet, melt butter.
2 Add in curry and ginger, mixing well.
3 In cast iron frying pan or dutch oven, saute veal.
4 In a buttered casserole, transfer the veal & add all other ingredients.
5 Add in 4 cups water.
6 Simmer, covered for 1 1/2 hours in 350-degree Fahrenheit oven.

SERVING
7 Serve hot.
