1 In a skillet, melt butter.
2 Add in curry and ginger, mixing well.
3 In cast iron frying pan or dutch oven, saute veal.
4 In a buttered casserole, transfer the veal & add all other ingredients.
5 Add in 4 cups water.
6 Simmer, covered for 1 1/2 hours in 350-degree Fahrenheit oven.
