Baked Veal Birds

Ingredients
  Veal steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut about 1/4 inch thick
  Bon appetit 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Dash
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bread stuffing 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Make 3 x 5 inch pieces of veal steak and crush them slightly to flatten.
2.Combine Bon Appetit, salt, MSG and dry mustard and put a sprinkling on the chopped veal steak.
3.Put a layer of bread stuffing and spread the veal steak pices and make a roll secured with a toothpick.
4.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
5.Heat butter and cook the rolls in it until brown.
6.Put the rolls in a 2 quart baking dish.
7.Put water in the browning pan and take off the stuck particles by cooking on low flame.
8.Put the sauce over the rolls.
9.Bake the rolls for 30 minutes.
10.Mix flour with cream and pour the mixture on rolls.
11.Put the rolls for baking for 30 more minutes.

SERVING
12.Serve warm with dips.
